The court case has been settled with the bond company. Over 10 companies and individuals have been awarded a split of the $12,500 contractors bond. For us that amounts to about 25% of the value of the lien placed on our property. Th remaining balance will come out of our pocket.
Be very careful when dealing with company.

Michael I agree with you. Please let us know when you have paid every single individual and company that you have defrauded. Please also let me know when you are ready to mail me a check to cover the mechanics lien on my property.
